The Lunatic and the Tiger Shark

The sun is already high overhead by the time I slip out of a beer-induced sleep. I'm on a boat with a broken mast, surrounded by sharks and terribly dehydrated. Hector, the man responsible for my predicament, is bleeding through the sail into the water, luring monsters up from the deep. If there was only a way to get to shore; one that didn't involve swimming though sharks... Part 1 of a 3 part story.
